I continue to pursue various aspects of editing, leadership and team building throughout my positions in leadership. I strive to be an approachable, inspiring  and thorough editor and continue to grow my skills in leadership by taking any opportunity that I am given in order to step out of my comfort zone and improve myself personally and professionally. I also love helping others become better journalists by editing their work and guiding them in any way they need.
